📋 Description

• Delivering consulting services to clients • Effectively communicate BFG’s BHAG and Mission • Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives • Support peers during the new associate training process • Assist in guiding the client’s thinking and decisions utilizing one’s subject matter expertise • Achieve the annual billable hours target of 72%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree/licensure preferred • 10+ years of healthcare/life sciences industry experience • 5+ years leading and managing an organization, function, and/or team • Previous consulting experience required
