📋 Description

• Build and nurture trusted partnerships with customers and channel partners, developing strategies that drive Altera’s market success and exceed revenue and design goals. • Identify and pursue design opportunities through customer engagements, including meetings, workshops, and industry events—focusing on both market development and commercial success. • Ensure smooth transitions from design to revenue, collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners to deliver high-quality customer experience. • Track performance and drive results, reporting progress against targets, and coordinating internally to secure support needed to meet customer requirements and sales goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or in a technical sales/marketing role with strong track record. • Working experience with FPGA or ASIC is beneficial • Strong customer focus with a proactive and accountable approach. • Ability to work effectively across regions and contribute to broader team goals. • Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and managing competing priorities. • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across various stakeholders. • Clear and confident communication skills, including presentation capabilities. • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
