📋 Description

• Conceptualize, design, and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for health programs • Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies and evaluation projects • Mentor and guide a team of M&E specialists • Oversee collection, storage, and analysis of program data • Ensure data quality and ethical standards are maintained • Collaborate with field teams, donors, partners, and other stakeholders • Disseminate findings and translate program learning into action • Lead writing and dissemination of research findings across multiple platforms • Use data and evidence to support advocacy efforts • Report directly to the Senior Director of MLE

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or any advanced degree in Public health, Public policy, Global health, Epidemiology, Development studies, International development, Health economics, or Health policy • At least 5 years of experience in an MLE or similar role • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects • Experience in the health or public health sector is strongly preferred • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies • Experience with data analysis and relevant software such as Python, SPSS, STATA, and R • Creative, multi-tasking problem-solver with exceptional communication and leadership skills • Ability to articulate complex findings to diverse audiences and influence program strategy
