📋 Description

• Drive expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, networking, referrals, etc.) • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and long-term hiring needs • Research and map target markets, industries, and talent pools to generate leads for critical roles • Craft engaging outreach messages to connect with potential candidates and generate interest in open opportunities • Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database • Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness • Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers • Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, lead generation, or recruitment research. • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, platforms, and Boolean/X-ray search techniques. • Has experience with recruiting non local candidates • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
