📋 Description

• Intelligent Staffing is looking for a high-performing Sales & Operations Manager to join our team. • This role is focused on the Sales team in executing all aspects of their strategy while building a national/international team of seasoned commissioned based sales executives. • You will be responsible for providing guidance, insights and analytics as well as ensuring that the business initiatives are executed. • To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of both the objectives and optimization of the Sales process. • Develop long-term recruitment and sales strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and guiding recruitment, sales, and account management professionals. • Provide strategic leadership in overseeing sales, recruitment, and account management teams for staffing across various programs. • Own communication to C-level executives internally and externally on staffing trends, progress to hiring goals, and sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a role in Sales Operations, Strategy, Staffing Industry or Employment Services. • Strong competency in problem solving, analysis & management. • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions to meet company goals. • Self-starter; strong drive and work ethic; willingness to take on big challenges and own the results. • Previous experience working in a fast paced, fast-growing, and results driven environment within the Staffing Industry that demands consistent growth and excellence. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to influence others effectively.
