📋 Description

• Review orders for errors and verify information • Provide self-identifying options to potential customers and make outbound calls as necessary • Negotiate and process payment arrangements on customer accounts while following client processes and procedures • Attempt to collect balances using negotiation skills • Document account-handling activity concisely and accurately in client systems • Educate potential customers on identity documents and next steps • Educate customers on account status and payment options • Perform additional duties assigned by the client or management

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Call Center or Collections experience preferred • Basic knowledge of data entry • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing • Ability to deal with difficult customer interactions • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift with minimal to no distractions • Computer and technology savvy; ability to operate multiple windows and tabs simultaneously • Superb attendance • Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload • Speed Test results required • Dedicated workspace free from distractions
