📋 Description

• Independently manage the company’s financial operations • Run preparatory bookkeeping in DATEV • Book, check, and pay supplier invoices • Prepare 200+ monthly customer invoices, book payments, and follow up on overdue payments • Prepare tasks for tax declarations and ensure timely submission to the tax advisor • Work closely with the tax advisor on financial year-end closing • Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and risks and provide strategic financial insights to management • Handle budgeting and forecasting with the Chief of Staff • Ensure internal controls and compliance with legal regulations • Work with tax advisors and support audits • Improve financial and accounting processes while managing day-to-day operations • Work alongside the Chief of Staff and Management Team

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in German accounting and tax regulations • Financial analysis and reporting skills • Strong, proven experience with DATEV; preparatory bookkeeping in DATEV is essential • Experience working with Salesforce is a big plus • Analytical and structured mindset with great attention to detail • Independent working style and ability to set priorities • Experience in controlling is an advantage • Interest in new technologies and continuous learning • Proactive, collaborative and agile working style • Fluent in German and English
