• Expand INTERA’s Water Resources and Supply practice throughout the Midwest • Build INTERA’s presence and client base across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois • Develop trusted client relationships and secure new work • Lead successful delivery of complex water resources projects • Help municipal utilities, regional water authorities, industrial clients, and other water providers address water supply, infrastructure, regulatory, and resource-management challenges • Perform project work including water supply planning, groundwater development, utility planning, infrastructure evaluation, permitting, aquifer storage and recovery, managed aquifer recharge, and long-term water resource strategy • Establish and expand relationships and identify market opportunities • Lead strategic pursuits and translate client needs into successful projects • Serve as principal-in-charge, project manager, technical lead, or senior advisor during project execution
• Established water resources professional with technical expertise and project leadership experience • Strong understanding of the Midwest water market • Ability to develop trusted client relationships and secure new work • Ability to lead successful delivery of complex projects • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, hydrogeologists, scientists, planners, modelers, and data professionals
