• Facilitate technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform • Create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias and improving hiring signals • Evaluate candidates' fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, coding style, communication, and coding approach • Provide objective evaluations and input on candidate performance • Partner with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products • Contractor/freelancer role compensated based on tasks performed
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection • Experience conducting technical interviews preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms) • Resumes must be submitted in English • Located in Romania (applications accepted from candidates in listed countries)
