📋 Description

• Support an assigned region or territory with planned maintenance activities • Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products • Perform scheduled maintenance, system inspections, and preventive maintenance • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products within specified timeframes • Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation • Maintain all company-provided items and support Intuitive teams as required

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred • Proven track record of troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems preferred • Good written and oral communication skills • General computer skills • Excellent administrative and record keeping skills
