• Installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all products • Ensure that all service agreements and warranty obligations are met • Provide technical expertise and resolve customer issues • Conduct training sessions at facilities and hospitals • Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records • Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently • Strong time management skills • Ability to travel up to 50% • Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management • Reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned territory location • Ability to work a flex shift or other type of shift as required • Demonstrate individual characteristics expected of Intuitive personnel
