📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. • Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications. • Conduct initial candidate interviews. • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities. • Submit qualified candidates through our Recruitment Portal. • Coordinate interview scheduling. • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Build and manage your own talent pipeline. • Follow hiring guidelines and recruitment best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, or own network • Strong communication skills • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications • Organized and self-motivated • Basic computer and internet skills • English communication preferred • Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
