📋 Description

• Challenge advanced language models on lesson planning, differentiated instruction, learning standards, student engagement, bilingual education, teacher training, and formative and summative evaluation • Document model failure modes to improve model reasoning • Converse with the model in English and French on real-world education scenarios and theoretical questions • Verify pedagogical soundness and factual accuracy • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French • Classroom or curriculum development experience • Familiarity with traditional and digital learning environments • Clear, metacognitive communication (“showing your work”) • Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, pedagogy, assessment strategies, educational psychology, classroom technology, and inclusive teaching • Experience with French-speaking education systems • Ability to converse with the model in both English and French • Master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or a closely related field is ideal
