📋 Description
• Work closely with clients to deliver on projects • Manage client requirement meetings without additional guidance • Direct the activities of consultants associated with their project • Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees • Contribute to the internal goals of the workstream
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ Years of Workday Compensation configuration • Workday project & Implementation Experience • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
