📋 Description

• Lead the DC workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants • Manage the design and delivery of Workday projects • Work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope • Manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads • Coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system • Contribute on projects as well as contributing internally • Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience • Prior consulting experience required • Advanced excel skills • SQL skills preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects • Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries • Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
