• Coordinate study start-up activities, including meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory documentation • Support centralized laboratory monitoring and protocol-specific setup requirements • Manage daily operational tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipment coordination • Monitor study performance using dashboards and tools to identify trends and proactively escalate issues • Respond to study queries by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders • Lead customer communications when the Project Manager is unavailable • Participate in audits and inspections and support training for sites, CRAs, and customers • Coordinate project close-out in compliance with the protocol and organizational standards
• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in clinical, medical, or healthcare environments • Technical proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with study documentation, monitoring tools, and cross-functional coordination • Functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required • Candidates must reside in Canada to be eligible for this position
