📋 Description

• Partner with Business Development to build scalable warehousing, equipment, and cost models for dedicated and shared site operations • Analyze client data, process maps, and labor productivity using tools like AutoCAD to maximize warehouse efficiency • Collaborate with Project Management to guide designs from initial concept through steady-state operations • Perform cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and detailed pricing proposals • Present design concepts and engineering justifications directly to clients • Adjust solutions based on strategic client feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a solutions design role within contract logistics, warehousing, or a related industry • Strong knowledge of industry-standard Contract Logistics Cost Models and methodologies such as MOST or MTM • Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, simulation software, or optimization models • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field • Ability to travel 20% to 30% as needed to support project deployments
