📋 Description

• Assist in the development of details and specifications for decorative metal projects • Build and maintain partnerships with outsourced fabricators • Aid ISEC teams with inquiries about metal types, finishes, and best practices • Participate in estimating and develop material/assembly details • Monitor industry communications regarding price increases and lead time • Maintain databases of decorative metal fabricators and estimates • Develop execution plans with project teams • Communicate conflicts between specifications and drawings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management • Minimum 5 years’ experience pricing commercial decorative metals • Minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience with 3 years in a leadership position • Excellent blueprint reading skills • Practical knowledge of commercial construction methods • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills
