📋 Description

• Sell the Health Coach (HCI) course to prospective students • Make up to 150 calls per day to warm prospective-student leads; no cold calling • Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage prospective students • Overcome objections and address prospect concerns • Convert warm leads into sales • Meet and exceed monthly revenue, average order value, and conversion-rate targets • Communicate and coach prospects through challenges and inspire action • Build rapport, empathize, and make personal connections with prospective students • Frame enrollment conversations as a way to help prospects bridge the gap between their current and desired state • Learn and apply AI tools as part of daily work

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in an ISSA-eligible state: Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Virginia • Ability to work a schedule within core business hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Arizona Time, Monday through Friday • At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience • Proven track record in phone-based sales • Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios preferred • Prior CRM experience • Excellent phone-based communication skills • Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching and desire to help others • Money-motivated and competitive nature • Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base • Ability to communicate with and coach people through challenges and inspire action • Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make personal connections • Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
