📋 Description

• Generate clear ideas and concepts across media • Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience • Take work from concept to final execution • Present completed ideas to team members and clients • Stay interested in advertising and culture • Help push the team toward great work • Shape visual communication for clients across campaigns, branding, video, and social media • Take ownership of assigned accounts and help move them forward creatively • Collaborate with designers and writers on projects and provide feedback and ideas • Develop brand experiences, creative content, and campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of design/art direction experience • Superior design and conceptual skills • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Self-motivated • Experience in both digital and print • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to brainstorm in large groups and push ideas forward • Strong portfolio of work • Portfolio required for consideration
