📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-market paid acquisition strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels. • Manage PPC and paid social campaigns with full strategic and budgetary responsibility. • Define scalable frameworks and foster a test & learn culture. • Track, report, and analyse campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. • Lead and grow a team of paid media experts. • Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to optimise acquisition and conversion. • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for client acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level education. • Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing at a senior level. • Advanced knowledge of paid search and social, plus wider digital performance channels. • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, AHrefs, MOZ. • Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business growth. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools (PowerBI or LookerStudio).
