📋 Description

• Develop, support, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and install business application programs • Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis through workshops and operational-process assessments • Analyze and implement business processes within SAP • Deliver functional design documentation and test plans; coordinate user acceptance testing with subject matter experts • Present proposed solutions to the design committee for approval • Configure SAP modules and provide advanced customized configuration in at least one application module • Design and implement interfaces to external systems • Work with SAP developers on custom code solutions • Support SAP and non-SAP system integration through SAP functional expertise and business analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams • Maintain system availability, assist with plant-site installations, support users, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues • Train and support plants and coordinate with plants and installation teams • Participate in development and rollout of new functionality • Develop guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation • Plan projects and balance strategic roadmap developments with ongoing enhancements • Ensure effective project communication • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements • Share knowledge and best practices across Jabil facilities • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality • Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues according to SLA • Provide functional advice and assistance to other IT teams • Support the business and IT strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred • Preferably, functional knowledge in Material Management in SAP or another ERP system • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management processes • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered • Proficiency and ability to work independently in overall business processes and system functionality for a primary application module or functional area • Ability to propose designs and implement interfaces to external systems • Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding data and proprietary information
