📋 Description

• Execute event production elements during video-conferencing or in-person events • Provide participants with entertainment and enjoyment through an engaging personality • Engage with clients each shift to ensure the best possible event experience • Attend pre-production meetings with the JAM production team before virtual events • Read and understand key scripting points • Clearly articulate instructions to participants • Make all participants feel welcome, included and comfortable • Complete event recap summaries after each event

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Master of Ceremonies, Comedian, Actor, Broadcaster or Live Entertainment host is a strong asset • Previous experience speaking to and entertaining large/medium sized audiences • Creative, outgoing and energetic personality • Quick learner, comfortable learning new systems • Willingness to support teammates with problem solving • Composure and professionalism • Ability to think quickly on your feet and work well with a team • Strong verbal communication skills • Computer capable of taking Zoom or MS Teams video conference calls (mandatory) • Ability to use features including virtual backgrounds • Previous knowledge of Zoom Video Conferencing or Microsoft Teams is an asset • Weekend work may be required on occasion • Ability to work fluctuating hours, expected at 4 to 15 hours per week
