📋 Description

• Own production of marketing assets including social graphics, web banners, partner materials, and internal event materials • Turn creative briefs into cohesive campaigns across landing pages, ads, email, and social • Design and build landing page layouts in Figma and WordPress with the web team • Maintain reusable, accessible HubSpot email modules using live text, web-safe fonts, and cross-client best practices • Support product newsletters, partnership assets, and lifecycle campaigns • Build and refresh templates enabling program owners to create on-brand materials • Promote responsible AI adoption to improve production and templating • Contribute ideas to creative reviews and kickoffs • Take on projects from other designers as priorities shift

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of graphic design experience, in-house or agency • Strong production background and portfolio spanning social, web, email, and template-based design • Very strong in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Comfortable in Canva • Hands-on WordPress experience, ideally within a design system or pattern library • Understanding of email design, accessibility, responsive layouts, and cross-client rendering • Experience with an email platform such as HubSpot • Sufficient HTML and CSS knowledge to build or troubleshoot email and web templates • Experience using AI tools in a design workflow • Strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and accessibility • Ability to manage multiple deadlines • Ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback • Ability to adapt quickly, ask questions, and take ownership • Currently living in Canada with legal right to work in Canada without employer sponsorship
