• 5+ years of SEM campaign management experience. • Expertise in search engine marketing with a general understanding of full funnel performance marketing channels, such as Meta, LinkedIn & review sites. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions proactively confidently. • Ability to forecast opportunities based on budget, campaign results based on performance marketing analytics such as CAC, LTV, CPC etc. • Excellent written and communication skills, capable of clearly presenting ideas to key team members. • A results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and quality. • Proven track record of executing paid digital strategies that deliver measurable results. • Adaptable and organized, with a proven ability to prioritize projects and manage shifting workloads in fast-paced environments. • Ability to balance deep data analysis while remaining biased to action. • Genuinely curious and passionate about our mission at Jane, and to dive into customer research and understand the community we serve. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data analysis and marketing insights to translate complex challenges into performance marketing strategies. • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau, and basic understanding of SQL. • B2B SaaS experience and understanding the lead funnel through the sales hand-off process in that environment is a plus. • Proficient with tools such as HubSpot and other CRM platforms and understanding of key marketing funnel metrics.
