• Conduct daily outreach (75 calls, 50 emails, LinkedIn messages) to new prospects. • Identify new business opportunities through research and outbound activity. • Add 15 new contacts, 5 clients, and 3 leads daily to the CRM. • Book 3 qualified meetings per week. • Support the sales cycle by passing well-qualified leads to Account Executives. • Keep CRM data clean and updated. • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging. • Stay current on hiring trends, industries, and client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1+ verbal and written). • Proven outbound sales experience or strong potential to succeed. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. • Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented. • Experience with CRMs and prospecting tools is a plus. • Strong communicator with a solutions mindset.
