🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in art direction or related field • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) • Excellent portfolio showcasing creative direction and project outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
