• Manage the daily workflow and be the bridge between internal teams and partner institutions. • Oversee contracted campaigns from kickoff to completion. • Develop comprehensive production schedules and monitor progress against milestones. • Input and follow up on all project related tasks for internal team leads. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates. • Review all projects for quality control before client submission. • Review digital marketing plans for budget oversight and profitability. • Maintain meeting agendas and take detailed notes during meetings. • Manage communications with vendors on physical deliverables and route proofs.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience (Higher Education adjacent background preferred). • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint. • Expert interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional rapport across various stakeholders. • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion while working with a high level of autonomy. • A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to execute tasks independently to meet deadlines. • Self-motivated learner with the drive to take initiative and master new processes quickly.
