📋 Description

• Embed within growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end • Define business questions and the decisions they should inform • Push back on flawed analytical questions • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
