📋 Description

• Care for customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal issues • Answer inbound calls from policyholders • Learn and explain insurance products and the Jerry app • Resolve customer inquiries through problem solving • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback to improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license status requested in application
