📋 Description

• Drive progress across emerging product bets including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat and RV insurance, and non-insurance products • Ramp quickly on new domains and distill quantitative and qualitative data into high-leverage priorities • Build and ship new products from early concept or launch through product-market fit and scaling • Gather customer feedback quickly, apply learnings, and iterate • Own execution and contribute to the product roadmap • Collaborate with Data Science and Customer Insights & Research teams • Address complex operational, regulatory, customer, and product challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup • Consumer product instincts from direct product-building experience or close work alongside consumer product teams • Comfort with data; ability to run independent analyses and build conviction from messy signals • Analytically strong, first-principles approach to problem solving • Curiosity about customer motivations, behavior, and pain points • Strong ownership and accountability • Impeccable follow-through • Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
