📋 Description

• Own Jerry’s official presence across Reddit, including brand-owned subreddits and organic engagement in automotive, financial, and consumer communities • Establish Jerry’s Reddit voice and community playbook • Craft high-effort text posts, deep-dive guides, and visual breakdowns about car ownership, insurance savings, and maintenance tactics • Manage reputation and crisis response in threads discussing Jerry • Track Karma growth, thread sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, search indexability, and LLM citations • Feed Reddit insights, emerging car-owner pain points, and trending topics back to Product and Content teams • Turn complex auto financial topics into high-value, upvote-worthy engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing organic social or community strategy, with a heavy emphasis on Reddit • Experience ideally within consumer tech, fintech, or insurtech, or a demonstrated track record of growing other types of social accounts • Deep understanding of karma, subreddit dynamics, automods, shadowbans, and Reddit platform norms • Ability to write naturally for Redditors and avoid corporate-speak • Understanding of long-term trust and value-first educational content strategy • Understanding of how Reddit content feeds into Google SGE, LLMs, and organic SEO • Ability to handle pushback, skepticism, and tough questions in public threads with grace, humor, and complete honesty • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Required to submit a resume and LinkedIn Profile URL
