• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). • Forecast outcomes and set KPIs for each campaign. • Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end. • Optimize bids, audiences, creative, and placements to achieve ROAS/CPA goals. • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ads and landing pages. • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to shape ad creative that aligns with performance goals. • Analyze campaign data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools. • Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. • Serve as a primary contact for all paid media matters. • Lead regular performance calls, present reports, and explain complex data in a client-friendly way. • Proactively identify new paid channels, campaign types, and testing opportunities.
• 3+ years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (agency or in-house). • Strong track record in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tracking. • Comfortable working with budgets across multiple platforms. • Data-driven decision maker. • Strong with Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Client-facing experience required. • Confident in presenting to stakeholders. • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment. • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Shopify, Klaviyo, or performance creative workflows is a bonus.
