📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. • The primary responsibility of the role will be to input and manage data in our company's various databases and systems. • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Input, verify, and maintain accurate and detailed data into company database systems. • Handle confidential data with confidentiality and discretion. • Ensure all data entries adhere to established company policies and procedures. • Regularly perform data quality checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors. • Liaise and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data management. • Produce routine and ad-hoc reports as needed. • Other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • Demonstrated experience in data entry and management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
