📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management • Assist the Regional Manager and Account Director with delivery of quality facility management services • Manage facilities/plant operations teams, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance and reporting, and personnel management/development • Supervise and direct the plant operations team • Ensure Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed efficiently • Interpret procedures, company policies, and business practices to make decisions • Maintain working knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement and relevant amendments or appendices • Manage financial performance for Operational Facilities spend while adhering to established budgets • Track KPI/SLA trends and recommend action plans for below-standard performance • Oversee and support maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations and functions • Ensure staff training in approved facility maintenance practices and procedures • Create a safe work environment by enforcing safety and infection-control policies and practices • Ensure building systems and equipment are maintained according to applicable State/Federal/Local regulatory requirements • Determine compliance with NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Waste standards • Perform additional duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience • Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations • Oversight of both technical and administrative staff • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint • Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems • Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends when necessary • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
