📋 Description

• Serve as Security's embedded, full-time technical representative on JLL's Falcon team • Participate in planning, design reviews, and sprint work as part of the Falcon team • Serve as the primary point of contact between Falcon and the broader Cybersecurity organization • Own security architecture for agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations • Define permission boundaries, trust boundaries, and blast radius for agent interactions • Review and harden identity models, authentication, credentials, session boundaries, delegation, and audit logging • Design secure patterns for prompt handling, tool-calling, and data flow • Align Falcon's architecture with enterprise AI security standards • Own security enablement from threat modeling through shipped guardrails • Write and maintain security requirements, configuration standards, and secure-by-default patterns • Define release security criteria while balancing risk and delivery timelines • Represent Falcon's security posture and roadmap to the broader Cybersecurity organization • Provide technical input to third-party risk assessments and enterprise AI governance decisions • Collaborate with identity, cloud security, and application security teams • Write and review security-critical production code for authentication, permissioning, and agent orchestration • Maintain hands-on fluency with the Claude Agent SDK, MCP, OAuth, OIDC, and workload identity standards • Stay current on agentic security research and incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of security engineering experience, including meaningful time embedded directly within a software product or engineering team • Strong software engineering skills, including reading, writing, and reviewing production code • Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures, including MCP servers, tool-calling, and the Claude Agent SDK or a comparable agent framework • Deep working knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, service-to-service authentication, and least-privilege credential design for human and non-human identities • Ability to operate as a technical peer to software engineers • Excellent cross-functional communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred) • Prior experience as an embedded or product security engineer within an agile product team (preferred) • Direct experience securing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or MCP-based tool integrations in production (preferred) • Familiarity with the OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, or comparable agentic and AI threat frameworks (preferred) • Experience with workload identity frameworks such as SPIFFE/SPIRE or modern non-human identity management (preferred) • Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC credentials focused on application or cloud security (preferred)
