📋 Description

• Manage the Sourcing and Procurement team for a national healthcare client portfolio • Participate in the account leadership team and execute initiatives • Manage supplier relationships and sourcing-related administrative and operational activities • Maintain contracting and procurement standards throughout the portfolio • Meet with key client stakeholders and account leadership to build trusted relationships, provide support, reporting, and data for strategic planning • Develop strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management programs • Manage client and account risk, controllable spend, product/service standardization, and supplier rationalization • Build, recruit, develop, and lead staff to meet account deliverables • Develop sourcing strategies and manage analytics for planning and sourcing • Standardize supplier agreements and ensure compliance with client flow-downs and JLL templates • Serve as primary liaison with the client procurement team • Integrate systems and documents across service lines using a single methodology and repository • Engage diversity and sustainable sourcing programs • Develop and inspect sourcing and bidding processes and report results • Develop and execute a sourcing platform vision with service line leadership • Maintain supplier relationships and conduct supplier performance reviews • Document disparate processes and recommend consistency and risk-mitigation solutions • Assess sourcing objectives, category-spend, and milestone timelines • Execute sourcing plans and coordinate national and regional initiatives • Develop and host supply-chain content training seminars twice a year • Drive compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and lead resolution with internal audit • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, Legal, Risk Management, Property, and Project Management groups • Manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance, and service obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and/or 3+ years strategic sourcing experience • MBA preferred • Professional certification preferred (i.e. ISM, LEED) • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • IFM/Facilities sourcing experience, healthcare preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Willingness and ability to be both the strategist and tactician • Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change • Success implementing multiple procurement strategies • Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments • Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • No visa sponsorship provided
