📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across assigned accounts • Develop and maintain procurement standards throughout the portfolio • Ensure sourcing meets client requirements, criteria, and contractual obligations • Collaborate with account functions to drive supplier and sourcing strategies • Support annual sourcing planning, program implementation, and results monitoring • Administer and maintain supplier contract files and documentation • Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures • Conduct market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements • Conduct supplier performance review meetings and manage scorecards, contract compliance, and service obligations • Build transparency of supplier spend and key supplier risks; lead reporting of results and opportunities • Partner with operations teams on standardized RFP/bid and contract processes • Manage internal and external customer expectations • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms and changes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience • 3-5 years of people management experience and/or account management experience • Bachelor’s Degree, Supply Chain or Procurement preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
