• Own deployment of JLL's Technology Labs standard O&M playbook across accounts • Deploy technology lab-specific documentation, SOPs, guidance materials, and training resources to sites • Enable site teams to demonstrate JCAP compliance • Develop standardized project plans for account and site deployment • Lead account-level deployment engagements and assess site operating models against standards • Identify operational gaps and drive adoption through structured rollout plans • Support execution of the Technology Labs assurance program at account level • Prepare sites for assurance reviews and ensure responsiveness to findings • Provide field feedback to inform ongoing standard revisions • Lead incident management for lab spaces, including investigating near-misses and incidents and driving root cause analysis • Build, lead, and develop a team of deployment professionals • Provide coaching, prioritization guidance, and quality oversight • Determine deployment prioritization and resourcing across accounts • Manage deployment resource costs and structures with Account Finance and COE Finance • Evolve financial and operational KPIs and reporting frameworks • Engage Data Center & Critical Environment Management engineering subject matter experts, Technology account teams, and divisional leadership • Lead training delivery on the playbook, JCAP criteria, and updates • Own account-level change management execution • Serve as primary client-facing technical lead for lab space performance and reliability • Coordinate with Engineering Operations, Quality & Compliance, and Health, Safety, Security & Environment teams • Ensure statutory compliance for technology lab maintenance and equipment testing protocols on site
• Significant experience spanning 15+ years in critical environment, technology lab, engineering, or operations/deployment leadership • Demonstrated track record of deploying and operationalizing standards or SOPs in field environments • Experience executing or supporting assurance, audit, compliance, or standards-implementation programs at the account or site level • Ability to lead standards rollout across multiple accounts while reconciling global standards with local site variations and constraints • Hands-on experience with technology lab environments, environmental controls, or similar critical infrastructure • Cross-functional coordination capabilities within large, matrixed organizations • Experience managing or leading teams of engineers or technicians, including workload prioritization and performance development • Strong program and project management capabilities • Strong technical and engineering understanding of critical environments and lab systems • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) • Deep technical grounding in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, cleanroom, and life-safety disciplines • Experience applying regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards relevant to technology labs or critical facilities • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Advanced Trades license preferred • Experience in the technology sector, familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) frameworks and failure mode analysis preferred • Experience managing distributed technical teams across multiple accounts or regions preferred
