📋 Description

• The customer service (SAC) agent will be responsible for assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing clarifications about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures. • They will be responsible for logging and tracking requests, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring appropriate routing and resolution. • They should also provide solutions aligned with internal guidelines, maintaining customer satisfaction through empathetic and confident communication. • Additionally, they will be responsible for accurately updating systems with service information and meeting established quality and productivity targets.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (completed or in progress). • Experience with SAC customer service. • Experience in call center operations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience providing empathetic/human-centered customer service. • Experience with chat, voice, and email channels.
