📋 Description
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules • Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company • Experience working for a US-based company • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Experience using ATS Greenhouse • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
