📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team of senior developers to build and ship new features fast • Code innovative AI-driven features while setting clean, maintainable standards • Architect reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems in Laravel and Angular • Integrate AI across engineering - from code reviews to automated monitoring • Implement agile processes that maximize quality and speed • Collaborate with leadership on strategic product direction
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience leading agile development teams • Advanced knowledge of PHP (Laravel), MySQL or PostgreSQL, and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular) • Hands-on experience building AI-integrated systems (e.g., vector databases, RAG architectures) • Skilled in leveraging AI for development, code review, and quality assurance • Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development • Brownie points for: Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups, Familiarity with AI automation tools and prompt engineering, Exposure to multi-region scalable infrastructure (AWS or similar), Previous experience mentoring or training other engineers
