📋 Description

• Responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade platform solutions • Ensure reliable technical execution within Agile delivery • Provide direction to engineering team members • Lead solution design, implement complex workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities • Monitor platform health and performance • Provide technical leadership within Agile processes • Align platform practices with governance and total cost of ownership goals • Design complex, cross-functional automation solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field • 5 years ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience • 5 years Platform architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, and lifecycle management • 5 years Deep multi-module ServiceNow expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM • 8 years ServiceNow engineering experience OR enterprise SaaS platform experience • Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow • Licensure - ServiceNow certification (CAD and module certifications)
