📋 Description

• Manage and service key Health Plan accounts • Support membership growth through proactive account management • Collaborate with internal leadership, operations, and administrative teams • Resolve account issues and address client needs • Coordinate group renewals, including rate submission and employee meetings • Maintain relationship with Geisinger Health Plan organizational entities • Keep informed on managed care industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Health Insurance License required • Minimum of 1 year in Health Insurance/Managed Care • Minimum of 3 years in Sales • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor's Degree preferred • Strong understanding of self-funded and fully insured health plans • Interpersonal Communication skills • Organizing skills • Sales Functions and Sales Tasks And Activities
