• Lead all clinical aspects of home infusion pharmacy business case development for partner health systems • Lead implementation planning and ongoing operational support • Provide clinical validation and support for data assumptions and analysis used to develop home infusion business plans • Develop best practice policies and procedures, including clinical medication protocols for existing and new specialty infused products • Assess, recommend, and implement frictionless referral workflows to home infusion • Establish standard documentation, informatics tools, and bidirectional communication between referring clinic staff and Home Infusion • Develop recommended initial staffing models and hours of operation based on economic volume indicators • Recommend, provide guidance, and support implementation of business operations and workflows • Engage partner health system clinic stakeholders in the business plan development process • Serve as the key clinical point of contact for each partner health system • Travel nationwide as required, up to 15%
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required) • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (Required) • Licensed Pharmacist • Communication skills • Critical thinking • Interpersonal communication • Organizing skills • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management (Preferred) • Ability to travel nationwide as required, up to 15% • Does not qualify for J-1 waiver
