📋 Description

• Support Data Core staff and leadership with project management across data infrastructure, software engineering, data science, and health care data analytics • Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders and functional managers to develop project goals and objectives • Establish project timelines, manage change, and control scope • Lead project teams with IT functional leadership to achieve goals on time and within budget • Assemble project teams and establish project authority • Define, document, and communicate project requirements, constraints, assumptions, scope, objectives, mandates, timeframe, budget, and deliverables • Develop project charters with milestones, deliverables, and timelines • Develop project plans and schedules using labor and cost estimates • Collect and communicate project status information • Establish and execute communications plans, including status meetings, reports, change management, and issue escalation • Create agendas, capture meeting minutes, and conduct effective meetings • Manage project scope, schedule, costs, risks, variances, contingency plans, tasks, documentation, and collaboration tools • Communicate with sponsors, team members, IT management, and leadership regarding project requirements, plans, staffing, budget, risks, issues, schedules, and status • Ensure regulatory compliance through collaboration with internal regulatory offices • Collect labor hours and provide guidance on vendor management, contract negotiations, invoicing issues, and product evaluations • Contribute to employee goals and performance appraisals related to assigned projects • Support functional managers with project budgets and financing, including planned and actual hours, dollars, and variances

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field required • Minimum of 6 years managing people, processes, or projects required • Skills in communication, computer literacy, multitasking, organizing, research regulatory environment, and teamwork • Ability to work in an office or remote-work environment • Compliance with all organization policies and procedures
