📋 Description

• Design and operate asynchronous services/APIs in Rust (HTTP/gRPC). • Develop microservices and event-driven data pipelines using Kafka, ensuring high consistency and resilience. • Design and manage stateful components (MongoDB, Redis) with versioned schemas and robust error handling. • Lead the transition to an agent-native architecture: event contracts, tool orchestration, guardrails, workflow evaluation and observability. • Optimize performance under high concurrency, diagnose across the full stack and deliver via CI/CD in a multi-cloud environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience. • Advanced expertise in Rust (async/await, concurrency, memory safety). • Proven experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems (HTTP/gRPC, streaming, backpressure, retries/timeouts). • Strong API design and compatibility management (REST/gRPC); cloud experience (AWS, Azure, OCI). • Deep understanding of data consistency models and event-driven architectures. • Experience designing agentic workflows and leading architectural initiatives.
