📋 Description

• Create HTML email designs and social media content using Claude, Canva, and AI-assisted workflows • Create, edit, and refine digital marketing materials in Canva • Review and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, visual quality, and brand consistency • Follow client brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, logos, and tone of voice • Collaborate with internal Marketing Advisors on content requests, priorities, and deadlines • Manage multiple content assignments while meeting established turnaround times • Follow structured production processes and maintain organized files and content assets • Support seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional activities for multiple clients • Support U.S.-based businesses in the golf industry

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating email marketing and/or social media content • Strong working knowledge of AI content generation tools, preferably Claude or Claude Design • Proficiency in Canva for creating, editing, and adapting digital marketing materials • Good visual judgment and understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colors, and branding • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, and Sheets) • Professional written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management • Ability to follow detailed processes and manage multiple priorities • Willingness to learn new technologies, workflows, and industry-specific concepts • 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation or marketing is nice to have • Experience using Claude or Claude Design for professional content production is nice to have • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar tools is nice to have • Basic knowledge of HTML email structure is nice to have • Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a marketing agency is nice to have • Interest in the golf, hospitality, or sports industries is nice to have
