📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers across various experience levels. • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. • Partner with Product Management and Design to define and deliver the team roadmap. • Drive technical excellence through code reviews and architectural guidance. • Build a high-performing team culture focused on collaboration and growth. • Manage team delivery, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution. • Contribute to hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. • Participate in the on-call rotation and lead incident response when needed. • Balance hands-on technical contribution with team enablement. • Help shape the platform that powers thousands of self-care businesses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience • 2+ years of people management experience • Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams • Strong technical background and ability to provide architectural guidance • Experience with agile development and delivery management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity • Experience with remote team management and asynchronous collaboration
