📋 Description

• Recruit patients for multiple clinical studies • Contact referrals generated by marketing and outreach efforts • Identify potentially eligible patients from the internal database • Identify studies patients may qualify for • Schedule patients for initial visits at clinic facilities • Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes • Follow up with patients as necessary • Understand assigned studies by reading protocols and resource materials and attending trainings • Build and develop the site’s patient recruitment database • Identify and implement new patient recruitment methods • Contact new potential patients and maintain contact with patients in the database • Perform other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel to Tampa, FL • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to complete training and follow study protocol • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task throughout the day • Detail oriented and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Background in psychology, health sciences, or a related field preferred • Relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments preferred • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
